Hello and thank you for applying for your dog to be in the 2024 Annapolis Dogs calendar. Please fill out the form below and don't forget to submit a photo of your dog to be considered! Proceeds from the sales of the calendar will go to the SPCA of AA County, so thank you so much for helping me to support them!

ALL DOGS WELCOME - but if your dog has been in the calendar before, please understand that I might not choose them again.

ALL BREEDS WELCOME - but please don't submit your cats.

If I select your dog, they might be asked to pose with other dogs of their breed. Please only submit if your dog is not aggressive to other dogs.

Please let me know if your dog is especially shy or anxious around humans.
